| tbsp | Chicken broth | | | OTHER INGREDIENTS | | 4
| oz | Mushrooms, sliced 2 To 3 slices ginger root | | 4
| oz | Pea pods, strings removed -minced | | 1
| | Clove garlic minced 2 tb Oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Skin & bone chicken, then dice. | | 2 | Combine dredge ingredients, dredge chicken in mixture to coat. | | 3 | Mix sherry, chicken broth and cornstarch to form paste. | | 4 | Heat oil in wok (or fry pan) add garlic & ginger, stir-fry a few times. | | 5 | Add chicken, stir-fry 1 minutes. | | 6 | Add mushrooms and pea pods, stir-fry 2 - 3 minutes. | | 7 | Add sherry/broth/cornstarch paste to thicken. | | 8 | Serve with rice. | | 9 | ( a 4 oz can of button mushrooms can be used instead of the fresh. | | 10 | Use liquid in place of chicken broth) |
