Ingredients:
2 Whole chicken breasts
1/2 tspSalt
1 tspCornstarch
2 tbspOil
1 cupSliced celery
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 Green pepper, sliced
1 canWater chestnuts
1 tbspSoy sauce
1 canBaby corn
1/4 cupBlanched almonds
20 Pea pods
Procedures:
1Preparation : bone and skin chicken, cut into 1 inch slices.
2Shake pieces with salt and cornstarch.
3Stir-fry in hot oil until chicken turns white; approximately 2 minutes.
4Add mushrooms with liquid, green pepper, water chestnuts, baby corn and soy sauce.
5Cook 4 minutes longer.
6Add almonds.
