Procedures:
| 1 | Preparation : bone and skin chicken, cut into 1 inch slices. | | 2 | Shake pieces with salt and cornstarch. | | 3 | Stir-fry in hot oil until chicken turns white; approximately 2 minutes. | | 4 | Add mushrooms with liquid, green pepper, water chestnuts, baby corn and soy sauce. | | 5 | Cook 4 minutes longer. | | 6 | Add almonds. | | 7 | Good with hot rice |
