Ingredients:
2 cupSoy or rice milk
1 tbspSoy sauce
1/2 tbspParsley Patch seasoning
1/4 tspGarlic powder
2 tbspCornstarch
Procedures:
1Heat 1 ?cups soy or rice milk, add soy sauce and seasonings.
2Mix the cornstarch with the remaining milk and add to the pot, stirring constantly.
3It should thicken quickly.
4Cook on low heat about few minutes, stirring.
5It holds well if the rest of dinner isn"t quite ready.
6the mcdougall recipe puts the cornstarch in ?cup water, but for a gravy you don"t need the extra liquid.
