Ingredients:
1/4 cupOil, palm
1 cupOnions, chopped
2 Eggs, hard cooked, chopped
1 tspChile, malageuta, minced
2 cupFlour, manioc
HEAT SCALE - MEDIUM
Procedures:
1Heat palm oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until golden brown.
2Add hard-boiled eggs and saute the mixture for 1 minute.
3Next add the chiles and manioc flour, stirring constantly until the mixture turns golden.
4Substitute piquin if malagueta chiles are unavailable.
5Note: if palm oil is unavailable, or a healthier alternative is desired, substitute vegetable oil with 3 teaspoons of paprika added.
