Ono chicken wings

Ingredients:
1 cupSoy sauce
1 cupPineapple juice
1 Clove garlic, minced fine
2 tbspOnion, minced
1 tspGinger, grated
1/4 cupBrown sugar
7 ozBeer
1/4 cupVegetable oil
5 lbsChicken wings
Sesame seeds, toasted
Procedures:
1Cut off and discard the small tip of each wing.
2Cut main wing at joint.
3Combine first 8 ingredients and stir until dissolved.
4Pour over chicken and marinate overnight.
5Be sure sauce overs all pieces.
6Drain and save marinade.
7In large skillet, heat a small amount of oil and brown chicken on all sides over medium.
8When brown, add ?cup marinade; cover; reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes.
9Stir and add more marinade if necessary.
10May be cooked a day in advance and reheated in oven before serving.
11Add marinade to moisten before heating.
12Serve hot in a chafing dish.
13Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds if desired
