Ingredients:

| cup | Soy sauce | | 1
| cup | Pineapple juice | | 1
| | Clove garlic, minced fine | | 2
| tbsp | Onion, minced | | 1
| tsp | Ginger, grated | | 1/4
| cup | Brown sugar | | 7
| oz | Beer | | 1/4
| cup | Vegetable oil | | 5
| lbs | Chicken wings | | | Sesame seeds, toasted |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut off and discard the small tip of each wing. | | 2 | Cut main wing at joint. | | 3 | Combine first 8 ingredients and stir until dissolved. | | 4 | Pour over chicken and marinate overnight. | | 5 | Be sure sauce overs all pieces. | | 6 | Drain and save marinade. | | 7 | In large skillet, heat a small amount of oil and brown chicken on all sides over medium. | | 8 | When brown, add ?cup marinade; cover; reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes. | | 9 | Stir and add more marinade if necessary. | | 10 | May be cooked a day in advance and reheated in oven before serving. | | 11 | Add marinade to moisten before heating. | | 12 | Serve hot in a chafing dish. | | 13 | Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds if desired |
