Ingredients:

| | Top round steaks, 1-inch | | | -thick (3 Lbs) | | 1/2
| cup | Soy sauce | | 1/2
| cup | Dry sherry | | 2
| tbsp | Sugar | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground ginger | | 1/4
| tsp | Dry mustard | | 1/2
| tsp | Garlic powder |

Procedures:
