Ingredients:

| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1/4
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 3/4
| lbs | Pork butt, cubed | | 1
| tbsp | Oil | | 14
| oz | Can pineapple chunks | | 1
| | Green pepper, sliced | | 1/2
| cup | Mushrooms, sliced | | 2
| | Tomatoes, quartered | | 1
| cup | Chicken stock | | 2
| tbsp | Honey | | 1
| tsp | Soy sauce | | 2
| tsp | Cornstarch |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine flour and spices. | | 2 | Coat pork. | | 3 | In a large frying pan, saute pork in oil until no longer pink, 4-5 minutes. | | 4 | Drain pineapple, saving juice. | | 5 | Add pineapple, green pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes to pork. | | 6 | Stir in chicken broth, honey and soy sauce. | | 7 | Mix cornstarch with ?cup pineapple juice; add, stirring constantly. | | 8 | Serve with rice. | | 9 | Serves 4-6. |
