Oriental honey-glazed chicken

Ingredients:
3 tbspRice vinegar
2 tbspVegetable oil
1 1/2 tbspHoney
1 tbspEach: Hoisin sauce
-undiluted orange juice
-concentrate
2 tspSoy sauce
1 tspChili paste, or more or less
-to taste
1/2 tspDry mustard
2 smallGreen onions, minced
3 To 4 pounds chicken parts
Procedures:
1Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in a small dish; whisk to combine.
2Transfer to a large plastic food bag and add chicken.
3Seal bag tightly and turn it over several times so the chicken is well coated.
4Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
5Prepare charcoal grill or preheat broiler.
6Remove chicken from marinade and pat dry.
7Grill or broil chicken 6 inches from heat source, brushing several times with remaining marinade, until cooked.
820 to 30 minutes.
9Serve hot or at room temperature.
