| tsp | Dried crushed red pepper | | 1/4
| lbs | Fresh trimmed pea pods | | 1
| cup | Thin sliced bok choy | | 1/4
| cup | Chicken broth/water | | 1/2
| cup | Enoki mushrooms | | | Soy sauce | | 2
| | Connected microwave safe | | | -paper towel sheets |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine vegetable oil, sesame oil and red pepper. | | 2 | Microwave on high 1-2 minutes, or until hot. | | 3 | Add pea pods and bok choy. | | 4 | Toss to coat. | | 5 | Place vegetables on perforation of towel. | | 6 | Fold long sides toward center, enclosing food. | | 7 | Fold both ends toward center, overlapping on food. | | 8 | Place packet on microwave safe plate, perforated side up. | | 9 | Pour chicken broth evenly over packet. | | 10 | Microwave on high 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp, rotate plate once. | | 11 | Stand for 2 minutes. | | 12 | Open packet along perforations. | | 13 | Stir in mushrooms. | | 14 | Sprinkle with soy sauce |
