Ingredients:
1 tbspVegetable oil
1/2 tspSesame oil
1/8 tspDried crushed red pepper
1/4 lbsFresh trimmed pea pods
1 cupThin sliced bok choy
1/4 cupChicken broth/water
1/2 cupEnoki mushrooms
Soy sauce
2 Connected microwave safe
-paper towel sheets
Procedures:
1Combine vegetable oil, sesame oil and red pepper.
2Microwave on high 1-2 minutes, or until hot.
3Add pea pods and bok choy.
4Toss to coat.
5Place vegetables on perforation of towel.
6Fold long sides toward center, enclosing food.
7Fold both ends toward center, overlapping on food.
8Place packet on microwave safe plate, perforated side up.
9Pour chicken broth evenly over packet.
10Microwave on high 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender crisp, rotate plate once.
11Stand for 2 minutes.
12Open packet along perforations.
13Stir in mushrooms.
14Sprinkle with soy sauce
