Ingredients:
GARLIC SAUCE
1 cupSour Cream
3 Clove garlic, crushed
1 tbspChopped chives
-salt and Pepper to taste.
MUSTARD MAYONNAISE
1 cupSour cream or mayonnaise
1/2 tspDry mustard (or to taste)
-salt and pepper to taste.
SOUR CREAM HORSERADISH
1 cupSour cream
3 tspHorseradish
-salt and pepper
-paprika
HOT SAUCE
1 cupCatsup
3 tspWorcestershire sauce
3 tspPrepared mustard
3 tspPrepared horseradish
Procedures:
1For the first three mixtures, combine all ingredients.
2Chill.
3For the hot sauce, combine all ingredients, bring to boil in sauce pan, serve hot.
