Ingredients:

| lbs | Spinach, small leafed | | 2
| tbsp | Peanut or other nut oil | | 2
| tbsp | Soy Sauce | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| | Clove garlic, minced | | 2
| tbsp | Sesame seeds, toasted | | | Black Pepper, freshly groun |

Procedures:
| 1 | Rinse spinach carefully, but leave branches attached to roots. | | 2 | Drain thoroughly and pat dry. | | 3 | In small bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, and garlic. | | 4 | Heat oil in wok over high heat. | | 5 | Add spinach. | | 6 | Stir with pancake turner to gently keep spinach moving. | | 7 | Cook about 1 minute, until tender. | | 8 | Remove from heat. | | 9 | Sprinkle with soy mixture and toasted sesame seeds. | | 10 | Season to taste with pepper. | | 11 | Mix to blend |
