Quick spinach with sesame seeds

Ingredients:
2 lbsSpinach, small leafed
2 tbspPeanut or other nut oil
2 tbspSoy Sauce
1 tbspLemon juice
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 tbspSesame seeds, toasted
Black Pepper, freshly groun
Procedures:
1Rinse spinach carefully, but leave branches attached to roots.
2Drain thoroughly and pat dry.
3In small bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, and garlic.
4Heat oil in wok over high heat.
5Add spinach.
6Stir with pancake turner to gently keep spinach moving.
7Cook about 1 minute, until tender.
8Remove from heat.
9Sprinkle with soy mixture and toasted sesame seeds.
10Season to taste with pepper.
