Fruit kabobs with sour cream sauce

Ingredients:
3/4 cupCantaloupe cubes
3/4 cupSliced bananas
3/4 cupWhole strawberries
3/4 cupPineapple chunks
3/4 cupPeach chunks
3/4 cupNonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cupSour cream
2 tspFreshly grated nutmeg
1 tbspMaple syrup
1 tbspHoney
Fresh mint leaves -- for
Garnish
Procedures:
1Skewer chunks of fruit onto 12 bamboo or metal shish kabob skewers, alternating colors and types of fruit.
2Arrange on a platter or in a flat basket.
3Mix together yogurt, sour cream, nutmeg, maple syrup, and honey, and pour into a small serving bowl.
4Garnish with mint leaves.
5Serve sauce with fruit kabobs.
6makes 1 dozen skewers.
