Ingredients:
2 tbspRice Vinegar
1 tbspSugar
1/8 tspSalt
2 tbspNiban Dashi
1 1/2 tspSoy Sauce
1 pinchMSG
Procedures:
1Put the vinegar, dashi, sugar, soy sauce and salt ito a small saucepan and sprinkle lightly with msg.
2Bring the sauce to boil, then immediately romove from heat and set aside.
