Ingredients:
1 lbsSNOW PEAS
1 tbspCORN OIL
2 GREEN ONIONS, SPLIT AND CUT
-IN 2 IN. STRIPS
1 tspWHITE WINE
1/2 cupCHICKEN BROTH
1 tsp(LEVEL) SALT
1 tbspCORNSTARCH
3 tbspWATER
1 tspSESAME OIL
Procedures:
1String snow peas.
2Blanch in salted, boiling water for 20 seconds.
3Drain.
4Preheat wok.
5Put in corn oil.
6Heat.
7Add green onions, and stir-fry.
8Add wine, broth, snow peas and salt.
9Bring to boil.
10Mix cornstarch with water.
11Thicken broth to mixture.
12Add sesame oil.
13Serve at once.
