Procedures:
| 1 | String snow peas. | | 2 | Blanch in salted, boiling water for 20 seconds. | | 3 | Drain. | | 4 | Preheat wok. | | 5 | Put in corn oil. | | 6 | Heat. | | 7 | Add green onions, and stir-fry. | | 8 | Add wine, broth, snow peas and salt. | | 9 | Bring to boil. | | 10 | Mix cornstarch with water. | | 11 | Thicken broth to mixture. | | 12 | Add sesame oil. | | 13 | Serve at once. | | 14 | Temperature(s): hot effort: average time: 00:15 |
