Sayur goreng (sauteed mixed vegetables)

Ingredients:
1 Onion
4 Shallots
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Cauliflower
6 Carrot
3 Thai Chiles
1 Bell Pepper, Green
12 Baby Corn
20 Beans, Yard Long
1/4 cupOil
1/3 cupCatsup
1/3 cupChili Sauce
Salt To Taste
Pepper, Black To Taste
Procedures:
1Grind onion, shallots, and garlic in a food processor into a smooth paste.
2Break the cauliflower into florets, slice the carrots, chiles and green pepper and cut the beans into short lengths.
3Heat the oil in a large pan and saute the onion paste for three to four minutes, then add the vegetables and stir-fry five to six minutes.
4Add the catsup and chili sauce, season to taste with salt and pepper and continue to cook for another two to three minutes, stirring frequently.
