Ingredients:
1/3 cupSesame seeds
?ea Avocado, peeled, pitted &
-- cubed
?ea Fresh lemon juice
3 cupRed cabbage, grated
2 cupCarrots, grated
1 cupMung bean sprouts
1/2 cupBroccoli stalks, peeled &
-- diced
1/2 cupCucumber, chopped
1/2 cupGreen bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cupLow-fat vinaigrette dressing
Procedures:
1Toast sesame seeds on a baking sheet in 350f oven until light brown, about 5 minutes, set aside.
2Squeeze lemon juice over cubed avocado & set aside.
3Combine the next six ingredients in a salad bowl.
4Add sesame seeds & toss with the vinaigrette.
5Gently mix in the avocado & serve.
