Turkey waldorf salad

Ingredients:
1 cupCubed cooked turkey or
-chicken
2 smallApples, chopped (1 cup)
1/2 cupCelery, chopped
2 Green onions, sliced
1/4 cupPlain yogurt
2 tbspMayonnaise, nonfat or low

2 tspLemon juice
1/2 tspSugar
Procedures:
1Combine turkey, apple, celery and green onions in a medium mixing bowl.
2Stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice and sugar in another small bowl.
3Pour yogurt mixture over turkey mixture.
4Toss to mix well.
5Cover and chill for 1 to 3 hours.
6Serve on purple kale leaves, if desired.
