Ingredients:
1 cupPumpkin
1 tspCinnamon
2 Eggs
1 tspVanilla
6 tbspFlour
1 tspBaking powder
4 tbspRaisins
1/2 cupCarrots, grated
2/3 cupPowdered milk
10 packSweet & Low
2 tspPumpkin pie spice
Procedures:
1Mix all ingredients.
2Spray muffin tin with pam.
3Divide equally.
4Bake at 350°F. for 25 minutes.
5Makes 12 muffins.
