Ingredients:
| | KLINGON CABBAGE SALAD | | 3
| cup | Cabbage, shredded | | 1
| cup | Carrots, shredded | | 1/4
| cup | Green onions, thinly sliced | | 6
| tbsp | Sour cream | | 1/4
| cup | Wine vinegar | | 3
| tbsp | Sugar | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Mustard | | 1/2
| tsp | Dried dill weed |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine cabbage, carrots, and green onions in a bowl. | | 2 | Set aside. | | 3 | In a small bowl mix the sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt and mustard. | | 4 | Stir until well mixed. | | 5 | Sprinkle the dried dill over the vegetables, pour on the dressing and mix well. | | 6 | Chill before serving |
