Mare's pineapple coleslaw

Ingredients:
1 Cabbage
20 ozPineapple, canned, crushed
1/2 cupRaisins
1 smallOnion, or 2 tsp onion powder
2 tbspWine vinegar
2 tspLemon pepper
Procedures:
1Shred cabbage and place in large bowl.
2Add raisins.
3Pour pineapple juice into blender jar.
4Spoon crushed pineapple into jar until it measures 2 cups.
5(add any remaining pineapple to cabbage and raisins) add remaining ingredients to blender jar.
6(if using whole onion, cut into 1/8"s) blend until smooth.
7Pour over cabbage, raisins, and pineapple.
8Toss until dressing and slaw are mixed well.
9Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
10Toss again before serving.
11Makes 10 - 12 cup
