Ingredients:
1 Egg
1/2 tspDry mustard
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspLemon juice
1 tbspConfectioners' sugar
1/2 cupOil, divided
1 tbspVinegar
2 tbspLemon juice
1/2 tbspOnion, minced
1/2 clGarlic, minced
1 tspCelery seed
1 dashTabasco
Procedures:
1Using blender (if not, then sub yolks for whole eggs), beat eggs.
2Add mustard, salt, ½t lemon juice and conf.
3Sugar.
4Beat in ¼c oil very slowly until mixture begins to thicken.
5Mix vinegar and lemon juice together and alternate adding, drop by drop, with second ¼c oil.
6Add onion, garlic, celery seed, and tabasco, stirring.
7Thin dressing if necessary with light cream.
