Ingredients:

| tsp | Dry mustard | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| tbsp | Confectioners' sugar | | 1/2
| cup | Oil, divided | | 1
| tbsp | Vinegar | | 2
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1/2
| tbsp | Onion, minced | | 1/2
| cl | Garlic, minced | | 1
| tsp | Celery seed | | 1
| dash | Tabasco |

Procedures:
