Ingredients:
8 ozSmall pasta shells
4 largeTomatoes, quartered
1 eachRed bell pepper, sliced
4 ozGreen beans, steamed
8 eachBlack olives
1 tspCapers
4 tbspOlive oil
2 tbspWhite vinegar
2 eachGarlic cloves, chopped
Salt & pepper
Procedures:
1Cook the pasta in boiling, slightly salted water until al dente, 10 to 12 minutes.
2Drain well & rinse under cold water.
3Set aside.
4In a large bowl, mix together the pasta, bell pepper, tomatoes, beans; add the olives & capers.
5Mix the oil, vinegar, garlic, salt & pepper & pour over the pasta.
6Toss well just before serving
