| cup | Shredded Swiss cheese | | 1
| pack | 10 oz frozen cut green beans | | | .thawed and drained | | 1
| pack | 10 oz frozen green peas | | | .thawed and drained | | 1
| cup | Green pepper strips cut in | | | .half | | 1/2
| cup | Sliced scallions | | 1
| cup | Chopped cucumber | | | FOR THE DRESSING | | 1/3
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 1/3
| cup | Plain yogurt | | 3
| tbsp | Grated parmesan cheese | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Dried dill | | 1
| tsp | Sugar | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a small bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients. | | 2 | Mix until well-blended; set aside. | | 3 | If not serving immediately, cover and chill until ready to use. | | 4 | Place the cooled rotini in a large bowl and toss with the remaining ingredients, except the dressing. | | 5 | Cover and chill until ready to use. | | 6 | Just before serving, mix the dressing again and toss into the salad. |
