Pasta salad at its best

Ingredients:
3 cupSnow peas, fresh
2 cupBroccoli flowerets
2 1/2 cupCherry tomato halves
2 cupMushrooms, fresh, sliced
1 canWhole pitted ripe olives
-(7.75-oz), drained
1 packCheese-stuffed tortellini
-(8-oz), uncooked
3 ozFettucine, uncooked
1 tbspParmesan cheese, grated
-Pasta Salad Dressing
-(recipe follows)
-Parmesan cheese, grated
-(optional)
Procedures:
1Drop snow peas into boiling water; boil 1 minute, and remove with a slotted spoon.
2Place broccoli in boiling water; boil 1 minute, and drain.
3Combine peas, broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms, and olives.
4Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, and let cool slightly.
5Combine vegetables, pasta, and 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese in a large bowl; add salad dressing and toss well.
6Chill several hours before serving.
7Garnish with additional parmesan cheese, if desired.
8Serve with deli meats and warm french bread
