Ingredients:

| lbs | Pasta shells | | 1 1/2
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 3
| tbsp | Chopped parsley | | 3
| cup | Diced cooked chicken | | 1
| | Dash of tabasco | | 2
| tbsp | Oil | | 3
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| tsp | Dried parsley | | 6
| oz | Jar artichokes chopped and | | 1
| | Toasted almonds |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook pasta in large pot of boiling, salted water until tender, but firm, 8 to 12 minutes, stirring often. | | 2 | Drain well and rinse with cold water. | | 3 | Shake out excess water and toss pasta with oil. | | 4 | Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley and basil. | | 5 | Place pasta in large bowl. | | 6 | Add mayonnaise mixture, chicken, artichokes and tabasco. | | 7 | Toss well. | | 8 | Garnish with almonds. | | 9 | For a decorative presentation, serve in avacado halves, in tomato cups or on lettuce leaves. | | 10 | Yields 6-8 servings |
