Pasta salad with chicken and artichokes

Ingredients:
1 lbsPasta shells
1 1/2 cupMayonnaise
3 tbspChopped parsley
3 cupDiced cooked chicken
1 Dash of tabasco
2 tbspOil
3 tbspLemon juice
1 tspDried parsley
6 ozJar artichokes chopped and
1 Toasted almonds
Procedures:
1Cook pasta in large pot of boiling, salted water until tender, but firm, 8 to 12 minutes, stirring often.
2Drain well and rinse with cold water.
3Shake out excess water and toss pasta with oil.
4Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley and basil.
5Place pasta in large bowl.
6Add mayonnaise mixture, chicken, artichokes and tabasco.
7Toss well.
8Garnish with almonds.
9For a decorative presentation, serve in avacado halves, in tomato cups or on lettuce leaves.
