Pasta wit fresh basil, tomato and parmesan

Ingredients:
12 ozRadiatore
1/2 cupOlive oil
2 tbspFreshly squeezed lemon juice
1 1/2 cupChopped fresh basil
3 cupChopped very ripe Italian
Tomatoes
3/4 cupFreshly grated parmesan
Cheese
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Fresh basil leaves (garnish)
Procedures:
1Cook pasta in 4 qts boiling water until very al dente.
2Drain and toss with olive oil and lemon juice.
3Cool to room temperature, occasionally stirring the pasta to coat thoroughly.
4Add chopped basil, tomatoes, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
5Mix thoroughly but gently.
6Garnish with basil leaves
