Ingredients:

| oz | Radiatore | | 1/2
| cup | Olive oil | | 2
| tbsp | Freshly squeezed lemon juice | | 1 1/2
| cup | Chopped fresh basil | | 3
| cup | Chopped very ripe Italian | | | Tomatoes | | 3/4
| cup | Freshly grated parmesan | | | Cheese | | | Salt | | | Freshly ground black pepper | | | Fresh basil leaves (garnish) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook pasta in 4 qts boiling water until very al dente. | | 2 | Drain and toss with olive oil and lemon juice. | | 3 | Cool to room temperature, occasionally stirring the pasta to coat thoroughly. | | 4 | Add chopped basil, tomatoes, cheese and salt and pepper to taste. | | 5 | Mix thoroughly but gently. | | 6 | Garnish with basil leaves |
