Peas and cheese salad

Ingredients:
1/3 cupMayonnaise or Salad Dressing
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspPrepared Mustard
1/4 tspSugar
1/8 tspPepper
1 packFrozen green Peas (10 oz)
1 cupMild Cheddar or Colby cheese
1 medStalk celery, thinly sliced
3 Sweet Pickles (?cup)
2 tbspOnion, finely chopped
2 Hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Procedures:
1Thaw and drain peas.
2Dice cheese.
3Chop pickles.
4Mix mayo, salt, mustard, sugar and pepper in large bowl.
5Add peas, cheese, celery, pickles and onion; toss.
6Stir in eggs.
7Cover amd refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until chilled.
8Note: can substitute 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
