Peachtree street chicken salad

Ingredients:
3 xChicken breasts
1/2 cupPecans
2 xMed peaches, ripe
4 tbspMayonnaise
2 tbspSour cream
2 tspLemon juice
3/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1 tspBrown sugar
Procedures:
1Place chicken in a saucepan, breast side down, in 1-?in of water.
2Cover.
3Simmer for 20 mins until chicken is fork-tender.
4Cool.
5Cut into bite-size pieces.
6During this time, toast pecans at 350°F for 10 mins.
7Remove.
8Coarsely break up.
9Pare peaches, if desired.
10Cut into žin pieces.
11In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper and brown sugar.
12Toss gently with the chicken, pecans and peaches.
13Serve on a green leaf lettuce
