Ingredients:

| tbsp | Knox gelatin | | 1/4
| cup | Water, cold | | 1
| large | Pineapple in chunks, drained | | | - reserve ?cup juice | | 1
| cup | Celery, sliced thin | | 1
| cup | Pecans, chopped | | 2
| cup | Cottage cheese | | 1
| cup | Whipped cream | | 1/2
| cup | Sour cream | | 1/4
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 1/4
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| cup | Mini marshmallows | | | Juice of 1 lemon |

Procedures:
| 1 | Dissolve knox gelatin in cold water. | | 2 | Add ?cup pineapple juice which has been heated. | | 3 | Mix all remaining ingredients together. | | 4 | Add gelatin mixture. | | 5 | Mix well. | | 6 | Pour into container of choice. | | 7 | Chill until set. | | 8 | Mom anderson |
