Pesto potato salad

Ingredients:
2 lbsNew potatoes, scrubbed
2 eachTomatoes, cored and diced
1/2 cupChopped red onions -OR-
6 eachGreen onions, thinly sliced
1 cupThinly sliced celery
1/2 cupLight mayonnaise
1/2 cupPlain non-fat yogurt
1 xPesto
Procedures:
1Steam whole unpeeled potatoes until soft when pierced with a fork, about 30 to 40 minutes.
2Cool and cube.
3Place in a large bowl and toss gently with tomatoes, onions and celery.
4In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt and ?cup pesto.
5Pour dressing over potato mixture and toss gently to combine.
6Chill before serving.
7Pesto: in food processor, place ?cup nuts, 3 garlic cloves, 2 cups packed fresh basil leaves and ?cup chopped fresh parsley; process until finely ground.
8With motor running, gradually add 2/3 cup olive oil until pesto is the consistency of mayonnaise.
9Add freshly ground pepper to taste.
10Transfer to a small jar and pour a thin film of olive oil over surface of pesto.
11Cover tightly and store in refrigerator
