Ingredients:
3 cupGarbanzo beans, cooked
1 tbspLemon juice
1/2 cupOnion, chopped
2 tbspFlour, whole wheat pastry
1/4 cupWheat germ
1/4 cupParsley
1/4 cupSesame seed
1/4 tspPepper
1/4 tspGarlic powder
2 tbspOil
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350°F.
2In a food processor or blender grind garbanzo beans, lemon and onion.
3Remove and add flour, wheat germ, parsley, sesame seed, pepper and garlic powder.
4Form into 20 falafel balls.
5Heat oil in a large baking dish, then add falafel and bake 15 min, stirring occasionally.
