Ingredients:

| cup | Bran | | 1/4
| cup | Wheat germ | | 1/3
| cup | Dry potato flakes | | 3/4
| cup | V-8 juice | | 1
| | Egg | | 1
| can | Fava beans - 19 oz. drained | | 1
| cup | Carrots, shredded | | 1/2
| cup | Onion, finely chopped | | 1/4
| cup | Green pepper, finely chopped | | | SPICES (REGULAR OPTION | | 1/8
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1/8
| tsp | White pepper | | 1/4
| tsp | Oregano | | 1/4
| tsp | Basil | | 1/4
| tsp | Rosemary | | 1/4
| tsp | Ground sage | | 4
| dash | Tabasco |

Procedures:
