Ingredients:

| oz | (198g) can of solid light | | | Tuna, drained | | 19
| oz | (540ml) romano beans, rinsed | | | And drained | | 1/2
| cup | Thinly sliced or diced red | | | Onion | | 2
| | Italian plum tomatoes in | | | Wedges | | 1/2
| cup | Sliced black olives | | 2
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 2
| tbsp | Fresh parsley, finely chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Olive oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Break up tuna fish and combine with beans, onions, tomatoes and olives. | | 2 | In separate bowl whisk together lemon juice, parsley and oil. | | 3 | Pour over mixture. | | 4 | Toss to coat and serve. | | 5 | Additional oil and lemon juice may be added if desired. |
