Ingredients:

| cup | Macaroni | | 6
| oz | Jar artichoke hearts | | 1/4
| lbs | Mushrooms -- small | | 1
| cup | Cherry tomatoes -- halved | | 1
| cup | Ripe olives | | 1
| tbsp | Parsley -- chopped | | 1/2
| tsp | Basil | | | Salt and pepper -- to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | In large pan, cook macaroni in about 1 ?quarts of boiling, salted water until tender to bite (about 7 minutes); or cook according to package directions. | | 2 | Drain macaroni well, rinse with cold water, and drain again. | | 3 | Transfer to large bowl. | | 4 | Drain liquid from artichokes over macaroni. | | 5 | Cut artichokes into halves or thirds. | | 6 | Add artichokes, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, olives, parsley, and basit to macaroni. | | 7 | Toss gently. | | 8 | Season to taste with salt and pepper. | | 9 | Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until next day before serving. | | 10 | Makes 6 servings |
