Roasted potato salad

Ingredients:
4 cupQuartered, unpeeled small
Red potatoes
1 cupMiracle Whip
2 Hard-cooked eggs, chopped
4 sliceBacon, chopped, crisped and
Drained
1/4 cupGreen onions, sliced
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 450.
2Place potatoes in large baking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
3Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring once.
4Mix dressing, eggs, bacon, onions, salt and pepper in large bowl.
5Add potatoes and mix lightly, to minimize breakage.
6Serve warm or chilled.
