Ingredients:
6 ozRomaine lettuce
1 1/2 cupFennel bulb, shredded
-(about 1 large bulb)
1 cupCauliflowerets
1/2 cupRed onion, sliced
TART LINE DRESSING
1/2 cupLine juice, fresh
1 tbspOlive oil
1 cupGarlic, minced
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspGround pepper, fresh
1/4 tspPaprika
Procedures:
1Salad: wash, dry, and tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
2Arrange lettuce pieces in a salad bowl; toss with shredded fennel, cauliflowerets, and red onion.
3Prepare tart lime dressing.
4Sprinkle dressing over salad and toss just before serving.
5Tart lime dressing: combine all ingredients and mix well.
