Ingredients:
10 Chicken breasts without
Skin
1/2 cupVegetable oil
2 tspChili powder
2 tspGarlic powder
2 tspOnion salt
2 tspBasil
2 tspThyme
2 tspVegetable seasoning
2 tspCrushed red pepper
2 tspCumin
2 tspCoriander
2 tspGinger
2 tspBlack pepper
1 tspCinnamon
1 tspGround cloves
1 tspAllspice
1 tspCayenne
1 tspSalt
1/4 cupSugar
1 Onion -- diced
1 Green pepper -- diced
Procedures:
1Pound chicken to tenderize.
2Mix onion, green pepper, oil, sugar and seasonings in bowl with chicken.
3Cover and refrigerate for four hours or overnight.
4Grill until just done.
5Do not overcook.
6Accompany with salsa, red chile sauce, pineapple-jicama relish or any sauce of choice
