San antonio chicken salad

Ingredients:
2 largeWhole chicken breasts
-split, boned and skinned
1/2 cupPace Picante Sauce
1/2 tspGround cumin
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 cupDairy sour cream
2 tbspMayonnaise
1 Ripe avacado
1 cupSliced celery
Bibb or leaf lettuce leaves
4 Crisply cooked bacon slices
-crumbled
Procedures:
1Cut chicken into ? cubes.
2Combine pace picante sauce, cumin and salt in 10" slikket.
3Cook chicken in pace picante sauce mixture, stirring frequently, until cooked through - about 4 minutes.
4Transfer contents of skillet to mixing bowl; cover and chill thoroughly.
5To serve, combine chicken mixture, sour cream and mayonnaise; mix well.
6Peel, seed and coarsely chop avacado.
7Add avacado and celery to chicken mixture; mix lightly.
8Spoon onto lettuce-lined salad plates; sprinkle with bacon.
9Serve with additional pace picante sauce
