Ingredients:
2 cupPasta, tri-colored spiral
1 cupShrimp, cooked
1/3 cupGreen pepper, diced
1/4 cupCarrots, sliced
1/2 cupZucchini, sliced
1/3 cupWhite wine worcestershire
1/3 cupMayonnaise
Procedures:
1Salt and pepper to taste * cook pasta according to package directions ** 1 can (6 ½oz).
2Tuna, drained and flaked can be used for shrimp.
3*** lea & perrins white wine worcestershire sauce.

5In a mixing bowl, combine pasta, shrimp or tuna, bell pepper, carrots and zucchini.
6Add worcestershire, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and toss lightly to combine.
7Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
