Ingredients:

SESAME DRESSING
1/4 cupChicken broth
1 tbspPeanut oil
3 tbspRice or white wine vinegar
3 tbspSoy sauce
1 tspSesame oil
Procedures:
1Salad: combine all ingredients; stir well.
2Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
3Sesame dressing: combine all ingredients in jar; cover tightly and shake vigorously.
