Ingredients:

| lbs | Small shrimp * | | | *cooked, shelled, deveined | | 1/2
| cup | Finely diced celery | | 1/2
| cup | Cucumber, finely diced | | | -(peeled, seeded) | | 1/4
| cup | Freshly snipped dill or | | 1
| tsp | Dill weed | | 2
| tbsp | Minced shallots | | | -or yellow onion | | 1/2
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 2
| tbsp | Sour cream | | 2
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| tbsp | Dijon mustard | | 1
| tbsp | Anchovy paste | | 1/8
| tsp | Freshly ground black pepper | | | Salt to taste |

Procedures:
