Ingredients:
1 cupWater
1/2 cupRed Lentils
1/3 cupNonfat Yogurt
2 tbspSalsa
1 tbspFresh Chives, chopped
1 dashHot Pepper Sauce
1 pinchSalt
Procedures:
1Put water in saucepan.
2Add lentils, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until lentils are tender, about 20 minutes.
3Pour lentils and any liquid that remains into the work bowl of a food processor.
4Add yogurt, salsa, chives, hot pepper sauce and salt and process until smooth.
5Let dip ripen in refrigerator for a bit before serving with crackers or raw vegetables.
