Ingredients:
1 lbsDried pinto beans
-soaked for 8-12 hrs.
1 tbspOlive oil
1 tbspMexican oregano dried
1 ozChopped block olives
1 ozChopped green Spanish olives
1 tspGround cumin
1 tspMarjoram
1 tbspChopped pimientos
Procedures:
1Bring beans to a boil in water just covering them.
2Add the olive oil when the water starts to boil.
3Cook for 15 minutes then add the balance of the ingredients.
4Cook for 30 minutes more.
5Stirr occassionally but be sure cover them while they cook.
