| cup | Water, boiling | | 2
| | Tomatoes, finely diced | | 1
| bunch | Green Onions, sliced | | 3
| tsp | Mint, freshly chopped -or- | | 2
| tbsp | Mint, dried | | 2
| cup | Parsley, freshly chopped | | | -fine | | 1/2
| cup | Lemon Juice, freshly | | | -squeezed | | 1/4
| cup | Olive Oil |

Procedures:
