Ingredients:
2 cupUncooked corkscrew macaroni
1 lbsGround round
1 packTaco seasoning mix, (1 ?/td>
-oz)
1/2 cupFrench dressing
1/2 Head lettuce, shredded
1 pintCherry tomatoes, halved
4 ozSharp cheddar cheese
-shredded
1/2 cupChopped green onions
1/2 cupChopped green bell pepper
Procedures:
1Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
2Rinse with cold water; drain.
3Chill at least 1 hour.
4Cook ground round in a large skillet until browned, stirring to crumble; drain off drippings.
5Stir in taco seasoning and french dressing; cool.
6Combine macaroni, beef mixture, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, tossing well.
7Serve salad immediately.
8Notes : i use kraft catalina for the french dressing
