Ingredients:
3 Tomatoes
1 Red onion
2 tspFine chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 cupChopped Italian parsley
Salt
Virgin olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Procedures:
1Cut tomatoes into ?inch dice.
2Chop red onion into ?inch pieces.
3Combine tomatoes, onion, rosemary, parsley and salt to taste.
4Toss with vinaigrette dressing composed of 3 parts olive oil and 1 part balsamic vinegar.
5Makes 4 servings.
