Ingredients:
4 tbspMargarine, pareve
1/2 cupBrown sugar, packed
1 tspOrange peel, grated
1/2 cupBrandy
8 Med.yams, cooked, peel, slice>>
OR
2 1 lb.canned yams, drained>>
Sliced.
Procedures:
1Melt margarine in large skillet.
2Add sugar and stir over low heat until melted.
