Ingredients:
2 tbspVegetable oil
1 lbsBoneless turkey breasts
Sliced
1/4 cupChicken broth
2 tbspOnion, chopped
3/4 cupSour cream
2 tbspCurry powder
1 tspCayenne pepper
1/2 tspCumin
1/2 tspGinger
1/2 tspGround tumeric
1/2 tspWhite pepper
1/2 tspParsley
1/2 tspGround coriander
2 cupPeppery rice
Procedures:
1Heat oil in a medium skillet.
2Add turkey slices and brown on both sides, about 10 minutes.
3Drain fat from skillet and add chicken broth and onion.
4Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, or until turkey is fully cooked.
5Remove turkey from skillet.
6Add remaining ingredients, except rice.
7Mix well and heat thoroughly.
8Place turkey over rice and pour sauce over turkey.
