Ingredients:
5 medBananas
1 tbspMargarine or butter
1/3 cupOrange juice
1 tbspLemon juice
3 tbspBrown sugar, packed
2/3 cupShredded coconut
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 375°F.
2Cut bananas crosswise into halves.
3Cut each half lengthwise into halves and arrange in greased 9-inch pie plate.
4Dot with margarine and drizzle with orange and lemon juices.
5Sprinkle with brown sugar and coconut.
6Bake until coconut is golden, 8 to 10 minutes.
